Nauseous in the mornings

for some reason these days i feel really nauseous in the mornings as soon as i wake up

i feel like its a mental thing.. sometime i get it when i didn't have enough sleep or when there is something on my mind like a relationship issue, it takes ages to pass and in those mornings i cant stand even the sight of food, it just makes me feel sick in the stomach.

usually the feeling passes after awhile but last week i had to get out of bed and go to the bathroom to be sick for no apparent reason. I heard the other lads in my house get ready and head off to college and the sickness just hit me

its a huge problem when iv been drinking.. i drink the average amount a student does without getting completely wasted .

After a night of drinking i can be almost 100% sure that at what ever time i wake up at, il have a churning stomach and il have to sneak out the bathroom in hope nobody can hear me. much of the time i don't have to vomit, i just mimic the action of being sick and i feel better, even though my stomach is in knots

i dont think its an alcohol related problem, its something mental that plays on my mind as soon as i wake that makes me feel this way
its really embarrassing whenever im with a girl, or staying in someone else house, or people can hear me in the bathroom

anytime i wake up out of the ordinary or out of my comfort zone it causes me to be sick and i want to try and help this as it cant be good for my body or mind

anyone hav any advice or ideas as to whats going on?

    thanks, 22-lad

Sorry OP but in this case the only advice we can offer is to go talk to your GP.
In terms of experiencing it after drinking there is an easy solution there, but for the rest you really do need professional advice.
