velux in the roof, insulation around

Hi, I have recently installed velux in the roof and insulated between the joists. The only problem I have is how to properly insulate around the velux windows? does anyone have pictures or drawings Insulation I used between the rafters 150mm xtratherm then 50mm under the rafters (not done yet)
