    Hi,

I know an AGM needs to be held within 18 months of incorporation however we have an accounting period of 18 months for our first accounting period so the AGM will have to be held after that; can we do anything in the intervening period to allow our AGM to be then held after the audit/accounts are done which is c. 20 months after incorporation (with ARD after this!)

    Thanks in advance!
