Paying for UTV Email address

    I have a UTV email address since I had telephone and broadband with them which I got over 10 years ago.
    I got rid of my landline and internet 4 or 5 years ago.
    I got an email from UTV Connect informing me that unless I pay €25 a year my utvemail address will cease to function at the end of February?
    Has anyone else got an email like this?
    I presume it's genuine and it's not a scam.
