Now for those of you who have read or stumbled across some of my posts would have realised that I'm a bit of an asshole.

I can be helpful as well and sometimes insightful, but generally a dickhead.

The question I am putting to you fellow assholes is.....would you show your OH, parents, children or friends the bile and vitriol that you post on After Hours?

Are you proud of your posts enough to show others? Or are you like me a bit ashamed that a grown man and a parent could be such a twat?

Jeebus!!! Its like I wrote the above about myself..but thats pretty much the way I am in real life.cant seem to help it..probably something to do with malnutrition as a child..I dont have the slightest problem with it tho ..and stand over everything.

No way, my personality is too amplified on here and I get too hot over issues. I'm not proud of a lot of stuff I post in retrospect.

Things that you might say in the moment, offhand comments, failed jokes, things that would generally be forgotten in real world conversation are immortalised on here. There's also no body language or tone of voice to reflect the way in which something is said. As such, having someone look at your posting history out of context might not be ideal.

Every time I pronounce ex-cathedra on AH, somewhere a wickle baby wabbit dies. I'm quite strict about enforcing this. It is vitally important that I am not interrupted while interpreting Torah for the gentiles on here, or else Very Bad Things(TM) can happen, such as my transmogrification into my alter-alter-ego Bosco O'Muldoon, one of the more approachable of Hell's demons. Most importantly, on those rare occasions where my burpings are inaccurate, they are definitively inaccurate - that is to say, it is actually Reality that has gotten things wrong. And that, boys and girls, is where babies come from. Drive safely. :cool:
