A friend needs a new zone 2 dish for sky but the one I ordered from ebay was a good price. Howeve, to set elevation it used a bolt and a nut, a right bugger to adjust if up high and this is up high. I have used a sky dish with bolts used for the elevation, ie much easier to adjust.

How do I ensure the one I order has the bolts?

Are you saying that you need 2 spanners to tighten?? If so you probably have the bolts in wrong, if its a Sky oval type dish then the elevation uses either a single bolt or a bolt with a square under the head that locates in the square hole stopping it turning so you just need to tighten nut.

thanks for reply. No I have checked that dish again and the bolt goes in from the outside, ie the groove for holding the bolt in place is on the outside! I expect the idea is one sets the dish up first and then mounts on pole.

Its ok I got the proper dish.
