Anyone got any experience or recommendations of decent reliable and reasonably secure cloud storage management service or utilities.

Key is that it can manage and transfer or sync between cloud storage with just minimal or no download to the desktop or device.
Last time I looked there didn't seem to be much available

    Preferences :
    reasonably secure
    reliable
    cheap
ios android windows or web app
handle box, dropbox, skydrive, google drive and others

Not sure about Primadesk or otixo but Cloudfuze seems along these llines except for the price at $5 per month

I think you answered your own question, Cloudfuze $5 per month.

It appears to have all the features you need for the price of a cup of coffee.

And what if €5/m coffee is not my cup of tea:)?
is that the sum total of shared experience/recommendation or is there really nothing else out there yet?

In my opinion, Google Drive is most secure platform. It is gives free storage up-to 15 GB.
