Problem with management agent

    Hi looking for some advice.the intercom system in the apartment block I live has been broke for over a year now,I've rang the management company numerous times about it,they have said it was repaired,then said it needed a new part etc and now are saying the need to get access to a couple of apartments to check there handsets???.Before the looked at it,people could buzz you and you could let them in but you couldn't hear them,now it does nothing,fees are payed up for last year but now the are looking for this years

    So keeping it in perspective, the intercom is busted. How's the rest of the complex?

    If you don't pay your fees for this year they definitely won't fix it. If the management agent isn't telling you when it'll be fixed contact the directors of your management company to see why it's not being repaired.

    It'll be down to not being able to access the units to check them or more likely too many owners not paying their fee.
