    Would avoid at all costs. They cannot check prices in advance of placing a bet, won't confirm them at time of placing bet and if your horse happens to come in at shorter odds it seems fairly likely they will claim you were late. This happened me for the third time in days and despite my price still being on the screen as I returned from the counter with my stamped docket in hand, when returning to collect they said I was 9 seconds late for the price and wouldn't be getting it!

    I should also add that when I politely pointed out that there must be a delay then, between the screens and the "computer" I wasn't allowed to finish the sentence! When I asked for a number for head office or custmer service I was informed they couldn't give it out. I was offered to leave my number and somebody would call me but they couldn't tell me if it would be today, tomorrow or when. I did leave my number and informed them I would look up the head office number in the phone book and departed. The shop rang me back 10 minutes later with a telebetting number.
