    Hi has anyone had same problem with their horizon TV box keeps freezing and cannot change station menu etc.... very annoying might I add I recently purchaced a new lg 47 3d TV ?

    The Horizon box needs a software patch to stop issues with LG Smart TVs, its currently in pre-release so phone UPC and request it.

    The box isn't. The software patch is, which is what I was talking about.
