    It would seem that the DEA are also guilty....well, dodgy regardiing cocaine trafficking:

    I've always held the view that anyone can be bribed or threatened. But it would seem that those in the higher echelons of law enforcement actively facilitate such criminality.

    If there's money to be made, whether it be in drugs, alcohol, rape, violence, torture, etc., then who would be so naive as to think it's not a feasible avenue for those who seek a profit whether they wear suits or balaclavas?

    If heroin winds up on the streets of Reykayvik in Iceland are you going to proffer the same question...i.e. does it fly from Pakistan to Ice-station Zebra and then get floated down on a glacier, guarded by Innuits with harpoons?

    What the hell is your question. Moreso, your point?

    How do hookers get transported from Thailand and wind up in "massage" parlours in Chicago or New York or London or Amsterdam or Dubai? Boat over Lake Michigan too? They're coming a lot further than Guadalajara and a bit bigger than a suitcase full of charlie.

    Stuff can be shipped straight from the atlantic ocean to Chicago using the st laurences river, great lakes and canals, its one of the main reasons for chicago's success as a large industrial city.
