Hi all, I got my new watch about two weeks ago when I was in Basel. Its a Hamilton jazzmaster viewmatic auto. however over the last few days i've noticed small patches of condensation appearing every so often on the face of the watch. I'm not quite sure what to do about it so I'm looking for your advice.

    I appreciate the help.

That's generally not a good sign N. It means moisture has made it's way into the case. Have you exposed it to water? Washed(or worse showered), swam with it on? I'd be getting that to a watchmaker pretty quickly before it gets damaged. If you've done none of the washing stuff IMHO I'd be getting back onto the dealer in Basel. Unless it states the watch isn't water resistant, that to me sounds like a failed seal and should be covered under warranty.

Rejoice in the awareness of feeling stupid, for that’s how you end up learning new things. If you’re not aware you’re stupid, you probably are.

Is there any possibility the crown was left open or not screwed down?
