No. Only some will accept paypal.

You can find a list here

Paypal take about 4% of the selling price as commission. So lots of bigger more established companies do not use them. Small businesses use it since they do not have to have as much hassle setting up a secure payment system, also it attracts buyers who may not otherwise trust the shops own payment system.

I fully trust the likes of amazon so will use their system no bother. Some smaller established companies will accept paypal or their own system, e.g. chain reaction cycles up north, or mymemory.co.uk

In these cases I trust them and will be returning for more business so I never use paypal -since I want the shop to get my money, not paypal. If everybody paid by paypal they would have to up the prices in future.

Many german ebay sellers will not take paypal, and want bank transfers which is expensive and hassle. In the past I have offered to pay 4% more of the asking price via paypal and all or nearly all of them accepted this offer. -i.e. they had paypal accounts and apparently only objected to the commission.

No not all major stores take paypal as others said it has to do with the cost.
