Hi just a query for a friend.

There was a serious fire which left the house beyond a livable standard whole kitchen is burnt away fridges melted, all the second story is severly fire damaged and third story smoke and fire damaged.

Everyone was very much so okay and got out in time the fire dept attended the scene and the fire was then extinguished.

What would my friends rights be in regards to the landlord putting here up or re-reimbursing her for rent which has been paid in advance.
