    I use another app called torque which has been around for a while now. Imo its the best obd app

    Edit: forgot to say it tracks you on GPS if you want it to. It will even post updates to twitter. Actually I think you can set it up to log most data from your engine

    Thanks for that. So does the device connected to the vehicle do the tracking itself or does it rely on a bluetooth/wifi connection with a mobile, which itself is connected via 3g etc to the net, or does it do the tracking independently and you can then track it regardless of who's in the vehicle I wonder (a thief even :o)
