Carbon Seatpost - Alu Frame

    Hi

I'm sure this has probably been asked before... I've just bought a Fizik Cyrano carbon seatpost and its going into an alu frame. I've read different things about adding grease and not. Am I right to think that I shouldn't add any grease at all unless the seatpost moves and then I should only use carbon paste?

No doubt I'll get about 10 conflicting answers though haha :)

For what it's worth, I use the special carbon "grease".

Get carbon paste/compound from your LBS.

Carbon paste, It has tiny beads in it to give grip. Nomal grease, post might slip.
