The gears on my fiat 70 90 are getting a little stiff. Does anyone know a reason as to why this might be happening?

the gears on my 110-90 were stiff since new. was told back then that they would smoothen out but never really did. are they stiff the whole time or is it just when cold. maybe change the oil aswell if that wasn't done in a while

It has just gotten harder to put into gear in the last week. Where is the oil intake out-take located for the gear box?

Ignore the level of oil in the back end, nothing to do with the gearbox. There should be a level plug/filler plug on the right hand side of the gearbox (as you sit on the tractor) On a 90-90 it is directly beside the front right cab mounting bracket. Think the 70-90 is the same.
