Buying Windows 8 in Dublin?

    Hi, I've been putting together parts to build my first PC and I'm trying to buy all the parts from the one site, namely Scan.co.uk. However, they don't sell any OS. The only other site that I could find that sells it is Amazon, but it's £90+P&P. I'd really like to get Windows 7 but I know it's hard to find a legitimate copy nowadays. Is there anywhere in Dublin that would sell Windows 8? Preferably as cheap as possible, I don't mind if it's an OEM version either.
