    Hi there
I bought a phone and it's been giving so much trouble. The mic doesn't work ,now the speaker has stopped , can't make calls among other many problems. I'm wondering where do I stand about returning it and getting refund? It's 2 months since purchased It

no return now after 2 months. Bring it back to them for repair is your solution

Just to be sure the return period is 30 days? Problems only occuring the last month

When an item is faulty, the retailer will offer a refund, replacement or repair. If a repair is attempted, then the repair must be permanent. If the same fault reoccurs, then you can reject further attempts at repair and look for a replacement or refund.

Return periods have no basis in consumer law (with the exception of financial/credit arrangements and distance selling), they are just customer-friendly return periods offered by retailers.

as you say its 2 months now...all you can do is bring it back for repair. You could prob return it within first 10 days as DOA maybe depending on the issues but thats it..

    Repair all the way now

Doesn't matter when the faults occurred if you have it 2 months then you have it two months. As said, the return period has no basis in law but you're past it anyway.,
