Fall in ALDI

I went into my local Aldi this afternoon with my two children. My one year old son slipped on the soaking wet floor inside aldi and banged his head. He was also soaking and cried non stop. I approached a member of staff and explained what happened and he said he'd sort it out (he didn't). My son was bawling but had no injuries so I carried on getting a few things. About 15 minutes later when I got to the checkout the manager was at the till so I explained to him what happened. He was very blazé about it and said he'd sort out the floor. However the floor was still absolutely soaking at this stage as I looked over at where my baby had fallen and nothing had been done about it. I received no apology from the manager either. What should I do? I rang customer services and they took my details but have heard nothing back.
