Anyone here use medical self-diagnosis tools to suss out particular ailments?
I know tipping off to the physio is the best thing to do, and I fully agree … just wondering has anyone found such tools online any good?

Azumio Heart Rate monitor is great for monitoring resting heart rate.
I also use Biodigital Human, to try and home in on which specific muscle may be giving me trouble and do some research, before I resort to visiting my physio. Not sure if you'd class these as diagnostic tools?
