I am looking to take on someone for website and graphic design within our company initially on a 3 days a week and all going well rising to 5 days. I am looking to take on someone for website and graphic design within our company initially on a 3 days a week and all going well rising to 5 days.

They would have to be very competent and able to work on their own initiative as well as the ability to meet strict deadlines.

If anyone could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it
