The guy in 'Some Neck Guitars' on georges street in dublin is really good and very reasonably priced...lovely chap also....did a fantastic job on my les paul

There are many threads on this.

Archtop.ie is another good option.

Last I heard, the shop in Swords was doing basic setups for €15, though it may be a case of you-get-what-you-pay-for.
