Apartment design for multi room audio

Hi all. First post in this forum.

I have just bought a 3 bedroom apartment abroad and I am in the process of arranging the interior design including AV equipment.

I was originally going to plan a 5.1 system in the living room with Sonos or equivalent in the main bedroom, computer speakers in the office and a future possibility of a speaker system in the guest bedroom.

Now I have researched the Pioneer SC-LX57 with multi room support. My plan is now just to route 2 speaker cables to each of the 3 bedrooms from this unit and have a 5.1 speaker arrangement in the living room. Each room I also expect to have Cat 6 gigabit ethernet socket.

The speaker choices available to me are ELAC and Monitor Audio along with the mainstream brands. I was thinking to buy a compact ELAC 5.1 system with individual speakers bought in pairs for the bedrooms/office.
I am not a fan of TV in bedrooms.

Is this a good future proof setup? Is there something I am missing?
