    Hello,
I have a bmw series 3 , 2001, on which I have only few weeks ago spent decent amount of money putting in new brakes, radiator and other stuff. Now I have been told that the gas kit is gone and the only real solution is to scrap it.
Does anyone know what the best course of action should be here.
    Thanks.

    scrap it?

what do you mean by 'gas kit' .. are you talking about the Air Conditioning?

You options are simple .. find out how much it will cost to repair and decide if the car is worth spending the money on it.

I don't really see what you are looking for in a 'consumer issue' forum.

I'm going to move this to the Motors forum, as you'll get better advice there.

@whippet - give someone the benefit of the doubt. Use the Report Post function to let a mod know that a thread should be moved.

What led you towards a new rad?
Presuming gas kit = head gasket
