You could try Dropbox that is what I use to send files ,etc to son in Australia. And you are aloud a certain amount of free storage..once files received you then just delete.Great when you can send link to person files are for so they know you uploaded them.

^ that's a great idea, but I'm not sure what their connection is like the other side. I'm sure they have broadband, I just don't know how much bandwidth per month or what speed for downloading.
