i *think* old el paso do a powder mix but I'm not sure where exactly you could get it...

Actually a good substitution is a basic marinara sauce with taco style seasoning.

s pretty simple and cheap to make sweat off some garlic chills shallots in a pan add can of tomatoes passata bit of oregano salt pepper balsamic vinegar leave simmer for an hour. Taste if a little sour bit of tomato sauce bit of fresh coriander and voila.
