Hey, just got first payslip of 2014 and looks like revenue have halved my tax credits. My circumstances haven't changed since 2013. Is this an error by revenue or is there something else I need to do to automatically get the paye and the single person tax credit?

I plan to ring tomorrow to ask them...offices were closed at 4pm today :(

The 1890 numbers are normally open until 5. Were you calling a normal office number?

Also are you a proprietary director of your own firm or related to a proprietary director in your employment?

If none of the above just login to your online account and add the PAYE credit yourself.

Same thing happened to me, if you have access to paye anytime you can add it back yourself.
