    hi all,
i bought a iphone 5 just under a year ago,im still under waranty and still have recipt etc. The phone is faulty. i never repaired ,. tampered or serviced it
it suddenly gave up so ,
...i sent it to apple for a repair, they wont repair as it does not have all apple parts in it while is stupid as i brought it from a 02 store, the 02 store wouldnt do anything much except tell me bull**** and **** and tell me they may kindly put it through o2 repair but i would have to pay hundreds.

Apple repair would cost me 500 pounds because of the way its not all apple parts and the phone cost 649.99 first day.

AM I not allowed to some form of redress?? as none of this is my fault?
If i was to go the small claims court way do u think i may win??

I know this is kinda messy info , but really annoyed with o2s costumer care line (moody fools) and there unhelpfulness in this matter which is there fault as they supplied me with the phone ?

Any help much apppreciatyed/ suggestions ? thanks
