Armi sabatti would be a good choice. Its European, Italian rifles are super accurate. My friends one hit 5mm to the right of bulls eye with first shot at 405 yards rangefinded using a Zoli rifle which is Italian. Cost him 1600 euro for the rifle but the ranges hes shooting at with top notch accuracy is outstanding. CZ would be the best of the American rifle manufactures.
CZ original origen would be Czech Republic. I'd always would stick with European rifles as they are the best in my opinion. Let it be Zoli, Armi sabatti, Tikka, Sako, Sauer, Helix, Blazer, Mouser etc they are all extremely accurate rifle with lovely smooth actions and accurate barrels, what bullet suits your rifle after that is your judgement. Anyways nothing wrong with either

Ive always had good luck with CZ. They are accurate and well built and definitely one of the best value brand of rifle out there in my opinion.

Never had a cz 550 which i presume is the one your looking at in .270, but do have a 452 .22lr and just sold a 527 in .204, great reliable guns and shoot well, the only problem i have with cz's is the hogsback stock on some models, which are designed for using iron sights which i dont so had to put a load of padding on the .22 so i have a comfortable cheek weld for using a scope, my .204 was the american model which has an american style stock and no iron sights so was a lot better, have no experience of sabatti, i'd go with the cz anyway as they have proven to be great guns and are popular so if you decide down the road to change the stock you can get aftermarket ones

I have a sabatti in 308 and i love it. the stock is the nicest feel to a stock i own(apart from my custum made stock of coarse) the action is very smooth..all there rifles have long action..trigger is nice and crisp and light for a stalking rifle straight out of the box no need for aftermarket parts..and an accurate rifle in the rite hands..
All in all i found it good value for money..if ya want a rifle to just go and shoot go sabatti if you want a rifle that you can go and buy this part and that part buy the cz
