three limiting 3g speed to push 4g?

Anyone had any problems with slower 3g lately on this network? Knowing them i wouldnt rule out them limiting the 3g speed to get people to upgrade.

Knowing them i wouldnt rule out them limiting the 3g speed to get people to upgrade.

I doubt 3 are doing anything deliberately but there are two things that might be slowing 3G down, first the advertising factor of the 4G launch so loads of people might be using 3G waiting to see if they get 4G and secondly that three might still not have enough back haul capacity so users on 4G might be taking up the available bandwidth in some areas.
