Some Waterford people's negativity...

    An issue I have seen all my life, the constant bitching and negativity by some of our fellow citizen's, and they always seem to be very vocal, is this unique to us and if so why?
    I don't want all the usual BS about being left behind , Government ignoring us, I am talking about a mindset rather than anything else.
    Even down to how to complain about poor service, I had to listen to a guy complaining about poor service in a restaurant the other night (it was), but he made a huge song and dance about it, rather than quietly make his point and fix the problem.
    It was sorted, but the whole restaurant knew about it, cringe making it was.
