Help picking a beginner electric guitar

Hey so I've wanted to pick up the electric guitar for a really long time, it'd be my first instrument not counting the Recorder I played in primary school.
I'm due a lot of emergency tax back in the coming weeks and decided I'd finally pick up the guitar I've been wanting for so long.
I'm pretty new to this stuff so I'd love some help choosing the right guitar within my €300 budget. For this price I'd like an amp included.
The budget can be stretched to maybe €350 if there is enough reason to do so.
I'm not looking for anything crazy, just something for a beginner that isn't a cheap Argos guitar.
I'd also like to purchase new.

Here's some I've had my eye on but I wasn't sure so I though it'd be best to get the opinion of people who know what they're talking about.

I grew up listening to The Eagles and some of the things they could do with a guitar amazed and inspired me to one day learn how to play.

    Thanks in advance.
    Pete.

This is the one I'd pick out of them 3. Even though there are no reviews. It seems to be a step above the bottom end of beginner guitars. The amp included is more flexible allowing a few variety of sound effects.

I think any of them would be good enough to get you started. At that price I think I'd stay away from tremolo bridges. They tend to allow the guitar to go out of tune to quick. It's frustrating when trying to learn when your doing it right and it still sounds wrong.

My Cousin is the drummer in a band so I asked him if any of his band mates could advise me on what to go for. One of them is currently selling http://www.musiciansfriend.com/guitars/fender-jim-root-artist-series-telecaster-electric-guitar for €350. I'm gonna do some research and check out the condition of it but I'll probably end up grabbing that and a cheapish amp somewhere if all is good.

I think it's a really nice guitar. However it's focused for rock/metal music. If that's what your going for then great.
