Received a bill, money not taken from my b/a

    Hi,

    There was no issue with my first bill from Eircom.
    Received 2nd one a few days ago. The DD was supposed to be applied on 20/01 but nothing has been taken so far.
    I do not want the phone and fibre to be suspended...


    Can you please revert?
