I am planning in making this my first Duathlon at it. A few basic questions.
Is the cycle on road?
Do you need the specific kit or can you change in and out of kit?

Yes the cycle is on the road so rules of the road apply at all times.
As for kit The weather will dictate what you wear so hopefully sunglasses and sun-cream. Generally people wear trisuit or cycling shorts and top. Some people just wear shorts and t-shirts. No need to go buy anything in particular.Hope this helps. See you March 2nd
