Destination for group of 20 in a villa - early March

Folks,
Group of 20 of us go away every March, early in the week.

We have a max budget of 200 per person, looking to get away for 4 nights. This is inc. flights, transfers and villa.

Last year we got away to Sitges, outside Barcelona. We managed to get flights, transfer and a bed each in a villa for the 200 per person.

This year we want to go away again, but don't know where to go or where to start.

The criteria is as follows:
As mentioned above, max budget 200 euro per person for flights, transfer bus and bed.
Fly out of Dublin
Villa (we all want to be in the one building and have it to ourselves)
Ideally somewhere coastal in the Med, but this is just a bonus, we'd go anywhere once the criteria above can be met.

We don't have to be in a big city, we don't care where we go once it's warmer than Ireland (for March) and we can have a bit of craic.

Suggestions on where the heck to start?

Hi John,

where did ye end up going, I am looking for a villa to suit 15 adults and 7 children in August 2015, would you have any recommendations? Where to book etc, we would like to go anywhere hot.
