How to separate heat controls from water controls?

I have a fairly new condenser boiler (Murelle EV HE 35) that can control 2 channels, water and heat, but currently heating and water are working as 1 channel. So, you only get hot water if you have the heating on.
I'd like to change that, and install whatever is necessary. How do I do this?

Also, the manual (http://portale.sime.it/jportal/pcontroller/ExtensionHandler/6274270%20-Murelle%20HE%2025-30_55%20GB%20-Inst.pdf) says the boiler can use remote (radio) valves and sensors.

if you cant separate them in the hotpress you will have to install two pipes from the boiler to your cylinder and then you a motorized valve
