Which bodyshop to use?

Well, somebody decided to put a large dent/crater in the side of the car and then just f**ked off, so I now have to foot the bill for this myself. I tried three places for quotes and they all came out with similar figures of circa €600. (knock out the dent and respray two panels to blend paint). Has anybody any recent experience with any of the following bodyshops as most of the stuff I've read is quite old about them. Any recommendations or otherwise appreciated on these.

    Trimtech
    Carcraft
    Metro motors

I've happily used Ashmore Ryder twice.

Use Carcraft for all my cars now - they'll be doing a big job for me pretty soon. Have always been very happy with their work - one or two minor issues in the past which they fully resolved, no questions asked.

Used to use Metro Motors too, most work was very good. Last thing they did was for my wife's compact and the paint job was poor - was around the time that the use of water based paints became mandatory, so might have been a teething problem.

Based in Dublin...happy enough with the three below though. I could probably search and get it done a bit cheaper, but I would rather go with the tried and tested places that have a good rep.

We don't know you or your reason to call a company "cowboys"
