Lidl Graduate Programme Assessment Centre

Anyone else here been called for the Lidl graduate programme on Feb 10th in the Aviva. Assessment centre followed by interview for those who get through.

Anyone have experience of working in Lidl head office? Its not the area manager roles but the head office roles.

I've been called too. Are you a final year college student? What division did you apply for?

I'm going for the finance stream. Couldn't find much info on head office roles, just the horrible Area Managers stories :O

Ye I'm in final year, I'm going for the supply chain role! Ye I struggled also to find info on the company and there was no details given on the assessment centre, what exactly it entailed.

I did it last January. Assume it's a similar thing. It was tough enough ya, it kind of heavily measures your personality.

Hello to all of the above....I am called in for first round of interview in feb in Dublin for Lidl Graduate program for IT Systems.... Just wondering if you could please share your experience and address below queries...
- It roughly states that there will be some sort of group rounds....so what actually do they measure and how ?
- Is it same for all streams, like for Finance, Sales...I am called in for IT Systems....
- Do they have only two rounds before giving an offer....
- What sort of activities do we need to take part in.,,,

If you can kindly share anything you deem might be helpful or any suggestions....highly welcomed..

About 20 in a room doing group assessment. Write about how great you are for a minute. Introduce yourself to the group. Watch video on how the company operates. Group project, Shackleton problem (google it).
Factory tour.
Business meeting simulation where you have to buy or sell something.

Don't know about other streams.

Don't know what stage offers happen, one v one interview after group, only know that much.
