Looking for advise or vote - fully tiled bathroom vs partly tiled with matching paint?

Polished floor tiles same size etc etc as walls or must be matt and square?

Fully tiled and something with some bit of grip on the floor ;)

Got ours done last year and so glad we opted for fully tiled. They also talked us into getting ceiling panels which I thought sounded really naff. They look great with the lights set in to them and really finish the room. And no more maintenance ever !
