    Hi all,

Just hoping someone can give me a bit of advice. I work for a small company and a member of staff has just handed in their notice. the person is leaving because they are moving elsewhere in the country. The problem is that this person is involved in a number of areas, most important of which is credit control.
We really need to arrange a replacement a.s.a.p in order that they can get trained up with the person before they leave.
Now the pay isn't exceptional(but its not bad either!), but its a good opportunity for someone who wants to get trained up on programmes such as SAP Business One etc.
My question is, can anyone tell me what our best approach is to getting someone quickly.

    All advice greatly appreciated.

    Hi there,

Firstly list out their day today duties, to give you an idea of what exactly you are looking for

Once you have done that get a Job description together

    Ie Title

    Description of the Job

    Essential Skills

    Desirable skills

    And go from there
    Hope that helps a bit
