The coldsore thread......

    Some of us are prone to coldores and there are many articles on-line with some useful and some not so useful information on how to deal with them. Only people who are prone to them really know how annoying they can be. I myself would dread being seen with one.

    Coldsores usually occur when we are run down or stressed. A poor diet and lack of sleep are known causes. However I have found that there are certain other things which can trigger an outbreak and there are also supplement s available which help to prevent them.
