House vents help

Hi guys i am prob in the wrong section but i have a automatic vent in my bathroom that has a straight peace of pipe on it to the out side. Its making the house freezing cold. Its auto in the sense that when you turn the light on it starts. Is there any kind of filter or anything that i can put on it to stop the cold…
