getting sim card stuck in iphone 5

    my sim card got stuck inside my iphone 5 and im wondering where can i send it to get the card out of oit in waterford that might take only a couple of hours to be done ie are there any iphone repair shops that can open it up and take it out.You see i had it cut down from a regular sim to a nano sim from my old phone and it got stuck inside as it wouldnt stick in the card holder however it fell inside and was kept stable and worked fine allowing me to use my phone however last night i dropped from a short height onto the ground and it maybe got lodged further ino the phone aand when i try to make calls it says no sim installed(its possible the sim fell out).So

    1.Is it possible there are iphone repair shops in waterford or dublin ideally waterford or even kilkenny
    2.Can i go to my local tesco mobile shop and purchase a new sim with my current number in nano sim form if it has dropped out or been damaged(i think i might be able to see it but im not sure that it may be there
