    Just going through daft and seems to be not as many places to let in the city compared to this last year

    Ya it looks like it. I was renting about 2 years ago in alandale and it was 650. Now it seems it's 750-800 for a similar property.

    Even seems to be nothing in Mount Kenneth/steamboat quay and this time last years there was lots of them

    Rent are quite the same price. Very cheap apartments at the moment should free up in the summer.
