    I just got a pup and I have a copy off both parents papers

    Can I register the pup and how?

    As far as I know the pups breeder has to be the one to register. Maybe get onto them and find out if they can do it for you? Or is there a reason why they haven't done it already?

    Do you mean IKC Reg Certs or is the paperwork just the dogs family tree?

    No. Only the breeder can register your pup.
    Why did the breeder not do this? Did you not ask why the pup wasn't registered when you bought it?

    Yep, it is the breeder who registers them.
