Can anyone recommend a sprayer for use with OAC tar cleanse that won't melt?

I haven't tried them with tar cleaning products but I usually keep empty de-icer trigger bottles for this sort of stuff. If they'll handle ethylene glycol they'll probably be ok with this stuff. I've had one with a mixture of petrol and diesel in it for tar removal and it's still ok after a few months.

The triggers that come with Tar Cleanse are Chemical Resistant. No trigger is totally resistant, just can handle chemicals better. Triggers should be taken out of the bottles and water sprayed through them to ensure the seals dont get ruined. Using a regular trigger would see the seals get ruined very quickly; the chemical resistant ones, are just more resistant.

There is widespread confusion about this issue, not just here, but also over on DW.
People think that 'Chemical Resistant' spray heads should work with all their detailing products, but they don't.
In particular, solvent-based products like the many de-tarring agents that are available, will over time destroy the seals in a Chemical Resistant spray head.

The only spray head that can survive prolonged use with these solvent-based products are 'Solvent Resistant' spray heads, and unfortunately, they are not that easy to come by without paying a small fortune - I can't even find them on Ebay.

Ironically, one of the companies that manufactures them, Canyon, have a unit up in Lisburn or thereabouts, and were willing to supply these Solvent Resistant sprayheads ( CHS-3ANS SUPER) at a very reasonable cost, but in bulk.

Now all we need is for Larry or Curran to get the finger out and make the phone call, so we can all have them!!

Its a Canyon sprayer that comes with Tar Cleanse, but I can't confirm that it is the Solvent Resistant trigger that Randy has pointed out.

I have sent an email inquiring about pricing and quantity! ;)
