[Wanted] Looking for room in Dublin, Sandyford

my Name is Anna, I m an art student from Germany and I am going to do an internship in Dublin Sandyford, for one month.
I m looking for a shared apartment/ room for the duration of my internship which is from the first of march 2014 to the end of march.

Also consider doing a deal with a B&B.

Otherwise look for 'digs' (lodgings).

thank you, I am talking to some poeple now who offer me a room.
One person wants me to sign a rental agreement form,
plus sending the deposit via bank transfer.

I am concerned about sending the deposit before going there.
Is that a normal method for renting rooms for students?

Never give money without seeing the property and meeting the agent / landlord.

Some scams will ask you for money before you see the property and the landlord will claim to be in a different country.
