Well lads , im posting this for my uncle.
He has a 2 year old bitch springer spaniel who is fully trained (dropping , hunting , retrieving and returning).
The dog was doing everything until Christmas week , f*****s threw banger fireworks into her dog pen.
The dog is now a bag of nerves and doesn't leave my uncles heels.
Obviously he hasn't taken her hunting since only he has been spending time with her everyday trying to build her back up.
The dog seems to be making very little progress.
She has crunched into a ball when you approach her.
Just wondering do ye think she will come around or do ye have any experience in a situation like this?

thanks snipe , she was never a nervous dog before this happened she was flying it. Ya he is giving her a lot of time and care at the moment but she just seems to be making no progress or recovery.

No , my uncle and my grandmother lives beside eachother and the dog was staying in a pen in my grandmothers but since then she has been moved to the pen in my uncles home.
