Parking Permit

    I need to rent a flat in Waterford for 3 months. The agency claim a parking permit is no issue and will cost €15 and that I wont need to change the address of the car.

    Thoughts anyone?

    yes once you provide them with proof of ownership of vehicle and a household bill.

    3 months? I wont obviously have a bill. Maybe a letter from the agents.
